Passion, Performance, Progression.
These are the three words that are the core of who I am and how I do business.
I was born and raised in Toronto and predominantly grew up in the GTA. Despite living in Alberta, Newfoundland and many different postal codes in Toronto, I never really felt settled as a child. Not until we moved to the Kawartha lakes.
It was here that I discovered, if I were given the choice, I would reside permanently. From a child’s perspective it offered a different way of life than the city. A sense of freedom, adventure and a feeling of deep-seated contentment. It is where I felt most rooted.
Endless summer days of fishing, boating and swimming off the dock; along with hikes in the woods, kept us busy for what felt like a lifetime. Those hikes in the woods blossomed into my lifelong interest in birds, specifically raptors.
The winters were just as exciting for me. There were endless opportunities for sledding, ice fishing on the lake, and snowshoeing. Not to mention making snow forts.
Sadly, our family moved back to the city. At that time, the move was unwelcomed, but eventually afforded me to go to college and start a career in retail management.
